What is the return policy?

At Melsa we respect that you might change your mind! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

You can return the product if it is not in the list of non-returnable products in MLSA, and if you receive it in the following cases:

1. Incorrect product (if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging intact and has all labels and tags)

2. Item damaged/defective (for electronics, open-packed items will be accepted if the item is different from the description or pictures shown)

3. If you change your mind or order a product by mistake, we will accept your return under the following specific conditions

The presence of the products in their original packaging from the seller (a closed and closed box) and not damaged or in poor condition. Packaging must be closed and intact.

In the case of clothing and fashion orders, the original labels and tags of the product must be present with the original packaging.

For other products, returns will be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, including all accessories.

The amount will be returned to your account on the Melsa store or to your credit card, after we check the products.

You can return or exchange the shipment by following these steps:

How to request a return


1. Log in to your account within 14 days of receiving the request. Go to your order list, then select the order type (Return). Select the product/s you wish to return. Click on Return Selected Products. Select the reason for the return. You will receive an email to confirm your return request. If you are an unregistered customer, click on "Track Order" and enter the order number and email


2. Make sure that the product is in its original condition and in its box


3. We will send a bill of lading, and then you can deliver the shipment to the nearest branch of the shipping company


4. After we receive the shipment from the shipping company, we will check it and then we will return the amount to the card that you used. If you paid the value of the shipment in cash, we will transfer the amount to your entered bank account during the completion of the return request. The refund process takes place within 10-14 working days.

Textiles and personal use items are non-returnable for your personal safety and hygiene.
